UK weight loss coach here for all your needs. As a business owner myself, I understood the importance of effectively managing my time and energy. When my body feels fit and strong, that has a direct correlation to the success of how healthy my business feels. So when I hurt my right knee from a rowing injury, I struggled.

I felt sluggish, found myself reaching for convenience foods because it was a struggle to stand and prepare healthy meals. I gained weight over a short space of time, and it made me feel even worse. I still felt weak from my knee injury, even though it was starting to heal. 

After being intentional and intelligent about my training, I safely returned to my regular routines. I got my weight under control and started to train again. My mood lifted, and I had a burst of energy. 

Since turning 40, my body doesn’t seem to behave the way that it used to. Calorie dense convenience foods sit uncomfortably in my stomach, and the weight appears harder to shift. My clients and I experience that same shift, especially when work keeps us sat down for long periods throughout the day.

I knew there were loads of people just like me that were struggling to re-establish a work-life balance. To be around their family as a role model, someone to look up to.
